Lace Place of Lancaster County contains hundreds of different laces, colors, and styles! We have more lace than could ever be shown or described on these pages. While we are building our website, here is a small overview of the kinds of laces available.
The basic categories of our Laces are Edge Lace, Galloon, Venetian, Novelty Lace, Ruffled Lace, Eyelet, Stretch Lace and Allover Lace. We offer different widths from very narrow lace to very wide lace in almost every category. We also offer almost any color that can be imagined including the usual colors of white, beige, black and then almost any pastel or bold color you could want.
Edge Lace
Edge Lace has a straight edge on one side and scalloped lace on the other. We have widths from 1/4" inch to 12". Edge Laces come in Black, White, Beige, plus almost any other color or style you could possibly need.
Galloon Lace
Galloon Lace is scalloped on both sides. It is a beautiful enhancement for your project. We have Galloon Laces in all widths from very narrow to very wide. We have all the standard colors of black, white and beige plus virtually any other color, shade, or style you may need.
Venetian Lace
Venetian Lace looks like it is crocheted. This delicate lace is available in a variety of widths, mostly 1/4" to 2". Typically the colors are white, beige and black however we do offer other colors as well.
Novelty Lace
Novelty Lace is fun lace. Lace Place of Lancaster County has a wide selection of these fun laces! This sampling of novelty lace illustrates a couple of designs. The first is a chain of rose buds, then there is an unusual type of scallop, a chain of bows with metallic thread, red and black, another metallic trimmed lace, lace with ribbon, and painted lace. Ruffled Lace
There are endless different types and styles of ruffled laces.
The lace shown to the far left is a combination of red, white and blue laces ruffled together, perfect for any patriotic project. Next is a sheer fabric with ribbon in the center all ruffled together. Shown third is a typical ruffled lace, we offer this in various widths and colors. The last lace shown is a pleated lace.
Eyelet Lace
Use eyelet and give your project a clean, crisp and delicate look.
We offer eyelet in many designs and a large variety of widths. There are three samples in this picture. The first is scalloped on both sides (galloon) . The second is scalloped only on one side and the third sample is ruffled eyelet. We have these styles plus much much more! Typically the widths range from narrow to 12".
