Shipping Rates & Information

Shipping rates for online purchases are determined by the order amount. Please refer to the following chart:

All orders are shipped by UPS ground or the United States Postal Service. We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, though we do plan to add international shipping in the future.

We are committed to filling your order promptly.  All online orders will ship within three business days of receipt (excludes weekends and holidays), but most orders ship sooner, often the same day. Actual delivery time varies based upon how long it takes the carrier to deliver from our store in Martindale, Pennsylvania to your address.

Homespun tablecloths usually ship within 3-5 business days.

Order Size & Minimum Orders

We sell all lace and trims in increments of one yard and do not currently have a minimum order size or dollar amount.  

Color

While we’ve done our best to accurately represent and describe the colors of our products, what you see on screen can sometimes be different than what you see when you hold a product in your hand.  Individual computer displays and internet browsers show colors differently, and capturing and displaying the true color of a product as a digital image is an inexact process.  The best way to ensure that the color of the product is exactly what you expect it to be is to order a sample (for example, one yard of lace or trim.)  

Liability

We cannot guarantee the colorfastness, shrinkage or washability of any products.  Please perform your own tests to determine these qualities.  We cannot take responsibility for any related inconveniences or damages.

Returns

We stand behind the quality of our product and will refund the purchase price for any item returned within 10 days in its original condition. (Special conditions apply to custom-made tablecloth orders. See below for details*) We cannot offer refunds for any items that have been cut, sewn or washed, and no returns can be accepted after 10 days. Shipping charges are not refundable, and buyer is responsible for return shipping. (Please note that if the original order qualified for free shipping based upon the inclusion of merchandise that is later returned, shipping charges may be deducted from any refund amount.)

We will refund the purchase price in the same manner in which you paid for the merchandise. Please allow up to three weeks after our receipt of the returned merchandise for your bank to process our refund request.

Please return the item by either UPS or the US Postal service with tracking or delivery confirmation, and send us an email at service@laceplacelc.com with the tracking number or delivery confirmation number of your return. In your email, also indicate the item or items you are returning for refund. After receiving your return, we will send you a return confirmation.

Along with the merchandise you wish to return, please send back the original packing slip with the returned item circled.
